Description: Uni Thread is comprised of strong continuous polyester filaments. The properties of this thread allow it lay flat on the hook or can be twisted tight by spinning the tying bobbin. The 8/0 (72 Denier) is great for smaller dry flies and nymphs. The 8/0 is extremely strong for its diameter. These threads come on spools containing 200 yards of material.

250yards/spool 75d High Tensile Nylon Fly Tying Thread - Temu
The standard sized tying thread used by most fly tyers. It is characterized by a particularly rough surface, which renders it suitable for tying any type of dubbing. It has excellent tensile strength in relation to its size, is suitable for tying uniform bodies, and can be used on #10 to #14 hooks. It lays flat and when corded, gives very little build- up. Although rated as 6/0, it is only 110 denier so it's surprisingly fine for its high breaking strain.
